Veterinarian, Owner
Dr. Noah Thornhill is a Veterinarian and the Owner of Veterinary Care Center. He graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 and has a strong focus on dermatology, allergies, diseases of the ear, soft tissue surgery, nutrition, and preventative care.
Dr. Thornhill is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care and improving the health and well-being of his patients.

Dr. Alison Thornhill, DVM
Veterinarian, Owner
Dr. Alison Thornhill is a Veterinarian and the Owner of Veterinary Care Center. She graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 and has a strong interest in equine lameness and sports medicine, dentistry, and routine preventative care. Dr. Thornhill is dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary services and ensuring the well-being of her patients.

Danielle Capeli, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Danielle Capeli has been an Associate Veterinarian at Veterinary Care Center since 2019, after graduating from The Ohio State University. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships with her clients and believes in making medical recommendations that align with each family’s unique needs and finances. Danielle has a love for surgery, neurology, ultrasonography, and equine preventive care. Dedicated to mentoring future generations of veterinarians, she acknowledges the impact of the mentors who supported her own journey. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her toddler, husband, and hound dogs, competing in equestrian eventing, hiking, water skiing, and reading.
Practice Manager

Courtney Parkison
Practice Manager
Courtney Parkison is the Practice Manager at Veterinary Care Center, where she has been since January 2024, though she has been involved in veterinary practice since 2009. She studied at Shasta Community College and Penn Foster.
Courtney is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with both patients and clients, advocating for their well-being by providing compassionate care. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with her two boys, kayaking, and engaging in games and trivia.
Technicians

Kathleen Martin
Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kathleen Martin has been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2006 and serves as the Lead Technician at Veterinary Care Center. With a B.S. in Biology from Valdosta State University, she gained her license through “grandfather” rules. Kathleen finds great satisfaction in helping clients understand how to care for their pets, whether it’s about general wellness, recovery from injury, illness, or surgery.
In 2024, she will celebrate her 30-year anniversary in the veterinary field.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading mystery, non-fiction, and sci-fi/fantasy books, watching genre movies like Star Wars and Marvel, and visiting her family in Jesup, GA, about every other weekend.
Veterinary Assistants

Kylee Lindsey
Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Tech
Kylee Lindsey has been working as a Vet Assistant and Kennel Tech at Veterinary Care Center since 2022. She graduated from Eckerd College in 2021 with a B.S. in Marine Biology and Journalism and is currently continuing her education at Penn Foster for the veterinary technician program.
Kylee is committed to using Fear Free and gentle restraint techniques with her patients and enjoys learning new veterinary skills. In her free time, she likes to read, work out, and solve puzzles.

Megan orr
Veterinary Assistant
Megan Orr has been a Veterinary Technician at Veterinary Care Center since 2018. She studied at Georgia Military College and is currently continuing her education at Penn Foster for the veterinary technician program.
Megan is passionate about treating every pet as if they were her own. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting theme parks, solving puzzles, and spending time with both her family and her husband’s family.
Kennel Technicians

Henry Rowe
Kennel Technician
Henry Rowe has been working as a Kennel Technician at the Veterinary Care Center of Valdosta since 2023. As an upcoming graduate of Echols County High School in 2025, Henry takes pride in his ability to quickly learn new skills, allowing him to provide attentive care to the animals at the clinic.
In his free time, Henry enjoys hunting, fishing, playing basketball, and catching up on sleep, all of which help him recharge for the day-to-day responsibilities of caring for the pets entrusted to his care.

Diana Swilley
Kennel Technician
Diana Swilley has been a Kennel Technician at Veterinary Care Center since 2021. She studied at Georgia Military College and is set to graduate from Valdosta State University in 2025 with prospects of pursuing a career in veterinary technology. Diana takes pride in making sure both clients and animals receive the best possible care. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, eating Mexican food, and working out at the gym.

Sydney Bass
Kennel Technician
Sydney Bass joined Veterinary Care Center as a Vet Assistant in September 2024. She graduated from Cook High School.
Sydney is passionate about going above and beyond for every patient, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. She treats each animal as if they were her own, offering them the same level of compassion and attention. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys nurturing her houseplants and cherishing time with her son.
Receptionist

Audrey Wright
Receptionist
With experience in the veterinary field since 2013, Audrey Wright brings a blend of efficiency, compassion, and a personable approach to her role as a receptionist at Veterinary Care Center. Audrey is dedicated to making every client and patient feel welcome, ensuring that each interaction is smooth and caring.
A proud graduate of Lowndes High School, ABAC, and Georgia Military College, Audrey’s commitment to excellent service is matched by her love for animals and helping their families. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, kayaking, fishing, and spending quality time with her family.

Laurie Whiddon
Customer Service Representative
Laurie Whiddon has been a dedicated Customer Service Representative at the Veterinary Care Center for the past two months. She was associated with the Living Heritage Christian Academy. She is committed to ensuring clients are well-informed about their babies’ care while creating a comforting and stress-free environment for patients.
Outside of her professional role, Laurie is highly skilled in various crafts, including crocheting, sewing, reed basket weaving, wood carving, and macramé. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and kayaking, with a strong emphasis on spending quality time with her family.
